If you are in Bogotá you can choose the express shipping option so that your order arrives TODAY, it only applies if you place your order before 3pm. Express shipping has an additional cost of $17,000, you can choose it at the payment screen or the next business day which costs $12,000.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES

• We give you 30 days from the date the purchase was made for any changes.
• All products being exchanged must be in their original condition: new, unused, washed, soiled and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
• Returns must be made directly to any physical store. If outside Bogotá they must be sent.
• Changes may be made due to size, color, reference or design.
• Products on promotion or discount can only be exchanged for a garment of a different size than the one purchased, but it must be of the same reference, design and color.
• No refund will be made when the item for which the exchange will be made is of a lower value than the one initially purchased, in which case the client may purchase a product that completes the total value of the invoice, or waive the difference. .
• SALVADOR BEACHWEAR, reserves the right to approve or deny the exchange of the product, once the condition of the garment is validated and it is verified that it is in perfect aesthetic and functional conditions, unused.
• To ensure that the garments age properly, it is important to read the washing instructions for each of the products purchased.

WARRANTY
At SALVADOR BEACHWEAR we offer a 3-month warranty on all garments, when used under normal conditions and for the intended purpose.
This warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, accidents or any modification of a SALVADOR BEACHWEAR item. We are not responsible for any losses, damages or costs arising from the misuse of our products. Please note that general wear and tear is not considered a material or manufacturing defect.
